Technical issues to be solved

I don't like when something does not the way it was planned. And usually this is a result of so-called "technical issues". And as more technical devices surround us, the more technical issues may happen, as I can see.

How can we insure that technical issue will not happen, or how can we decrease the probability? For sure there different answers for this question and different ways to mitigate that kind of risk.

For example, if there is a risk of losing electrical power that leads to interruption of computers work that results it loosing the important information and damaged files or documents. What can be done? There is a very easy answer - buy UPS - the device providing electricity for extra 10-20 minutes. This time is enough to save the information, send important e-mail, or copy something to the remote disk.

Or lest take another technical issue - lost mobile signal. This may happen in different situation. The phone connection is unstable if you are driving a car outside a city. The bad or low mobile signal happens in big office building and skyscrapers, so as in big hotels. The same situation is well known among the owners of country houses. Is there a good way out of this technical problem? Fortunately the answer is rather easy too.

There is a device called cell phone booster or mobile cell phone amplifier. It works like an antenna and amplify or increases the mobile signal. There are many types of such devices working perfectly for different purposes. Some of them are small and will be very helpful in small cottages and village houses. The others are big enough and will cover wide areas of big office buildings or hotels. There are special mobile phone amplifiers for cars that will help to increase mobile signal while moving from one mobile signal tower area to the other.

So, my conclusion is the following - don't be afraid of technical issues but search the Internet and find a good technical device or software solution, or mobile application that will solve the problem now and forever.

Uncommon Method of Increasing Productivity in Everyday Work!

You definitely use your e-mail regularly during the day. I know this. Have you ever thought about simplifying of your work with e-mail? Surely, you have. And I can say that I know one method how to optimize daily work with your e-mail and how to turn your e-mail into effective project instrument. I’m speaking about GTD-system. Yes, it is possible to turn your e-mail account into flexible GTD-system which will simplify your work within a project. This opportunity becomes reality by means of Comindware Task Management, the application for automation of some kinds of work within a project.

The next question which will naturally arise in your head will be “What is GTD-system?”. GTD is the abbreviation of “Getting Things Done”, that means the list of obligatory project tasks which should be fulfilled. So, this list of tasks will unload your head from thinking about “what is it required to do next?” and allows to fully concentrate on your current work. This list of tasks provides clear and accurate instructions which are easier to perform when your head is free from unnecessary information. Within GTD system it is possible to give priority to each task and begin implementation of the project tasks one by one according to their priorities. It will be easier for you to cope with plenty of tasks if they will be organized in the clear list. It is so from psychological point of view.

Let’s look closer at the procedure of creation of this task list.
  1. Log into your e-mail account;
  2. Read the letter at your e-mail;
  3. Forward this letter to the mailbox from which Comindware Task Management takes this letter and transforms it into the task and adds it to the general list of tasks;
  4. Congratulations! Now you can see a clear list of various project tasks and feel impatient to start doing the tasks.
Remember that it is possible to assign different priorities to the tasks in accordance with their urgency. After you’ve completed one task you need to click “completed” near the task in the list. And you will see which tasks are already fulfilled and which require additional work over them. If you have caught fire of the idea of setting up GTD-system at your e-mail, it is the best time to give a try to this opportunity.

Personally I have positive experience of utilizing this GTD system in my everyday practice. After some time of systematical using of Comindware Task Management, I noticed that it allows to save about ¼ part of my everyday working time. I have the chance to concentrate on performing project tasks without spending my energy on unnecessary actions. I like that this software product is free and it is possible to get its lifetime product key here: http://www.comindware.com/task-management/download/and utilize it without any limitations. Even the quantity of users is not limited. Yes, it is possible to use this product by group of professionals, you need only to create more workspaces and appropriate tasks lists in this case. So, Good luck to you and I hope my experience will be useful for you!
