It’s a known fact that many houses all over the world are lose thousand dollars of value because of the crisis, but Idaho sees the price rise. Some consider it’s the sign of stability.

Numerous studies prove that the price decline is slowing down all over the country and in Idaho more and more people are willing to buy house despite the rising prices. Besides the improving prices it takes less time to sell them. This tendency is also approaching the normal situation. All these trends give a lot of benefit for sellers, but buyers have some positive moments too. As some experts say that it’s the best time to buy right now. You have a chance to buy a rather good property at a low price. Moreover the federal tax credit is still available; so many people don’t want to lose an opportunity to purchase a nice property.

The realtors all over the state are sure the tendency will continue. It will help to support the local industry.

Certification

People around me are becoming crazy about different certifications. Almost everybody believe that if you pass a certification exam and bring a certificate to your boss your salary will grow...

As for me I think that it's nothing but a marketing strategy of different educational institutions that helps them to get a lot of money for almost nothing. it's nothing but business of selling the chance of higher income... For example, PMI or QAI open a lot of different affiliate companies all over the world that sell their courses. As I learned QAI even went to Russian market - now they have an authorized Educational Provider in Belarus. Who'll be the next?

As for me I'll try my best not to participate in this!

Why so expensive?

I have an interesting marketing idea for FSBO or realtor promotions with a help of iPhone or any other mobile device. It was designed specially for those who want to sell home in California. But I write here not to share as it’s still not ready. And the main reason is the high (or better to say extremely high costs for mobile development services).

I turned to some American companies – the price was with four zeros for a small application, I wrote a letter to India – the price decreased by 20%, but it’s still too high. I tried to find a company in the Eastern Europe. The best price I got from one team in Belarus, but I still can’t afford it.

So, I have a question – does anyone know why iPhone application development costs so much? And will the rates decrease in the nearest future?
